When all else seems up in the air, the best thing to do is cook an amazing meal. I poured all the love I had last night into this “diner” style dinner. Check it out. Roasted (deli sliced) Chicken (from Costco) MELTS on Pretzel Buns and Sweet Potato Hash..YUM.
Let’s start with the CHICKEN MELTS. Guys, these are made with garlic butter. I can’t describe the yum factor here.
